About Young Men's Service League

Our Mission is to assist, serve, and support those who are in need in our community,
develop leadership skills among our membership, and promote mother-son relationships.

Young Men's Service League is a non-profit organization that initiates and encourages young men and their mothers to pursue philanthropic involvement in their community and provides an opportunity to enhance mother/son relationships.

YMSL History

In 2001, Pam Rosener and her sister-in-law Julie were in search of an opportunity for their high school sons that would get them involved with local community service projects and give them a chance to spend more quality time with their sons. The Roseners wanted to create an organization that was dedicated to community service and fostering mother/son relationships, so they rallied a number of moms and began what is now Young Men’s Service League. YMSL currently represents over 7,000 moms and 8,000 young men as part of 94 chapters across 15 states. Since its inception YMSL members have served over 1.5 million community service hours. Pam Rosener is the National President and CEO.
